Jason has been involved in relatively every news worthy high-end/record breaking sale on Long Island over the past few years.  This list includes making the Largest Residential Sale in the History of Nassau County, The St Ignatius Retreat ($36.5M), The Easton Estate ($20M), 2 Homes on the Former Estate of Madame Chiang Kai-Shek ($13.45M) and The Allen Estate ($13.28M).  

Jason operates in the upper echelons of the Gold Coast real estate market.  His extensive network of international and high net worth clients have allowed him to represent both buyers and sellers on the largest and most expensive property transactions in Nassau County. Jason is frequently in the press, both domestic and international, allowing him to continuously attract buyers from all over the globe.

Julia Mastroeni is a driving force in the Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty network of agents serving Greater Long Island. She combines her many years of sales and marketing experience working for elite luxury retail brands with her native island roots and geographical knowledge extending from Montauk to Manhattan. Julia regards her work in real estate as an art in matchmaking. Whether it’s a first-time home purchase, selling one’s home or investment property, or a relocation, Julia’s ultimate goal and personal joy is matching the right home with the right people. 

Julia studied marketing at LIM College in Manhattan, and then spent several years developing strong relationships within the fashion industry. Assisting clients in discovering the latest styles and trends for their particular lifestyle, the transition to real estate, and helping people find their dream home, was a natural one. She brings not only her signature drive and tech-savvy nature to her work of assisting buyers and sellers, but also an extensive network of former colleagues, high-end clients, and friends from all walks of life. As a life-long resident of Nassau County, Jessica offers a deep understanding of the North Shore’s various communities and amenities. Jessica graduated summa cum laude from NYU and then went on to earn a Master’s degree from Columbia University.  

Jessica utilizes the most advanced technology, promotional strategies and social media marketing to maximize exposure for the properties that she represents.  She understands the importance of proper presentation and is fully dedicated to her customers, both buyers and sellers. 

Having been a teacher in the Great Neck, as well as in New York City, Jessica has a truly in depth firsthand knowledge of the school districts and communities across Long Island.  Jessica is an active participant in a great deal of activities and events within her community and across Long Island.  

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family. She lives in Roslyn with her two sons who attend the Roslyn Public Schools.

Felicia joins the Friedman Team at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty equipped with a Masters Degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University and extensive experience in the Real Estate industry. 

Felicia is fluent in English, Mandarin and Japanese. She has resided in numerous countries including China, Hong Kong, Japan, UK and Canada. Living on multiple continents enables Felicia to bring a global perspective, as well as an expanding international social network. Felicia’s passion for architecture and design has brought her to over 60 different countries.

Prior to joining the Real Estate industry, Felicia worked as a Fixed-Income Analyst at Goldman Sachs and as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP in New York. She has also served the role of COO at a construction supply manufacturing specialty business. Additionally, Felicia holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, Bachelors Degrees in Accounting and International Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business and is a New York State Certified Public Accountant.

Felicia currently resides with her husband and children in Great Neck Estates.

Whitney Yeung is trilingual, fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. She is extremely active within her community, currently acting as a Board Director on the Long Island Young Professionals Leadership Council. After pursuing a degree in Business Management from Queens College, she explored her true passion for Real Estate. Her experience is rooted within Marketing and Sales, where she specializes in growing and managing successful Sales teams throughout all of Queens and Nassau County.

Whitney is extremely tech-savvy, bringing her Social Media and Marketing talents to the forefront of The Friedman Team. Aside from her skills in organization, building lasting relationships, and the ability to produce Sales results, her number one goal is to help find and connect people to their dream homes.






Hayley O’Rourke started her collegiate career at the University of Georgia and finished it at Stony Brook University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Business Management. Early on, her professional experience comprised of interning in corporate Public Relations for top luxury fashion brands including Salvatore Ferragamo and Stella McCartney. After graduation, she spent two years in Charleston, South Carolina where she worked creatively within the Event and Interior Design industries.

Hayley is a Long Island native, currently residing in Huntington, NY. She is a self-starter with a great attention to detail. She specializes in Social Media Management, Web Design, and Email Marketing. Hayley is now working for the Friedman Team as the Operations Lead, assisting in creating marketing materials for listings, managing the client database as well as making sure all day-to-day activities run smoothly.
