Jason has been involved in relatively every news worthy high-end/record breaking sale on Long Island over the past few years.  This list includes making the Largest Residential Sale in the History of Nassau County, The St Ignatius Retreat ($36.5M), The Easton Estate ($20M), 2 Homes on the Former Estate of Madame Chiang Kai-Shek ($13.45M) and The Allen Estate ($13.28M).  

Jason operates in the upper echelons of the Gold Coast real estate market.  His extensive network of international and high net worth clients have allowed him to represent both buyers and sellers on the largest and most expensive property transactions Long Island. Jason is frequently in the press, both domestic and international, allowing him to continuously attract buyers from all over the globe.

As a life-long resident of Nassau County, Jessica offers a deep understanding of the North Shore’s various communities and amenities. Jessica graduated summa cum laude from NYU and then went on to earn a Master’s degree from Columbia University.  

Jessica utilizes the most advanced technology, promotional strategies and social media marketing to maximize exposure for the properties that she represents.  She understands the importance of proper presentation and is fully dedicated to her customers, both buyers and sellers. 

Having been a teacher in the Great Neck, as well as in New York City, Jessica has a truly in depth firsthand knowledge of the school districts and communities across Long Island.  Jessica is an active participant in a great deal of activities and events within her community and across Long Island.  

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family. She lives in Roslyn with her two sons who attend the Roslyn Public Schools.
